The boat and bike rentals are now open for the summer season. Guests can rent canoes, kayaks or, paddleboards to explore all the lake has to offer. Being out on the water gives visitors a chance to see a different side of the park that they wouldn’t have noticed from the long, asphalt trail that surrounds the lake. If the water is not the place for you, take the journey around the lake with rented a bicycle or quadricycle.
Another popular activity open for the summer is the Go Ape! Treetop Adventure. Climb through the trees like “Tarzan,” sliding down the thrilling ziplines. This is an obstacle course that leaves challengers dangling and swinging from the rope course in the trees of the park. This amazing adventure is currently available on the weekends as well as Mondays but will open full time at the beginning of June.
